PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Mary K Property Management provides the following services under a property management agreement:

  1. Screen prospective tenants, verify rental applications, accept or reject tenants on the basis of the past rental history and current credit check.

  2. Review the terms of the lease with tenant, including any special provisions and clauses.

  3. Collect rent, security deposits, late fees and damage charges.

  4. Inspect units and premises as needed to monitor tenant activity and or damage.

  5. Execute eviction procedures, if necessary.

  6. Oversee All maintenance

  7. Oversee local advertisement of property

  8. Maintain property records:

    1. Lease Agreements
    2. Monthly tenant occupancy report
    3. Payment Disbursals
    4. Monthly Income Reports
    5. Monthly payment to property owners
